The Discovery Group has grown significantly in the last 35 years to offer insurance, financial services and banking products in over 40 global markets. With collaboration across various markets and agency partners it became imperative to better centralise the brand ownership whilst allowing local customisation.

Through a POC we’ve customised a brand management system to empower both agency and marketing teams working on the brands. As Head of Brand Design, I’ve lead the customisation, implementation as well as change management initiatives for the various users.
