Welcome to The Lounge – a partnership by SAA and Discovery, where we redefine pre-flight experiences with the vision to create a space that becomes an integral part of your journey. 

To deliver on this vision, it was important to rethink what an airport lounge experience has to offer and leveraged customer journey and human behaviour insights to create premium spaces in which different profiles – from business people on the go to seasoned international tourists and young families – could work or relax, connect or disconnect, meet or retreat as they wish.

The Lounge project involved a fully integrated brand experience from identity design, environmental branding to developing a curated cocktail menu.
